- Outbound Calling Bots: Users can utilize automated calling bots for outbound communication. Compliance with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, rests solely with the user.
- Subscriptions: Users can subscribe to our service for enhanced features and capabilities.
User Conduct: Users must use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the TCPA and other regulations related to auto-dialers and automated calling systems.
Intellectual Property: Versabot.co, along with all associated content, features, and functionality, are the exclusive property of DataStreams Solutions, LLC and its licensors.
User-Generated Content: Users are responsible for any content or scripts used in their chatbots and calling bots. DataStreams Solutions, LLC is not responsible for user-generated content.
Liability: Users acknowledge that DataStreams Solutions, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
